Tree Surveys & Inspections
ICS Tree Services Ltd carry out Tree Surveys, tree inspection, tree Reports and BS5837 reports (trees in relation to building works).
Your Duty of Care
All land and tree owners have a duty of care to maintain their trees in a safe condition to help prevent injury to people, animals and property.
Trees should be inspected on a regular basis by a trained Arborist to make sure all is well and safe. Trees suffer many different kinds of infections and diseases that can effect the tree in many different ways and over many years.
What might look completely healthy to an untrained eye can be a health hazard to a trained arborist.
Defects, Risks & Actions
We carry out tree safety inspections and provide written reports identifying defects, risks, and recommended actions.
Our reports advise on any work required to reduce risk to people, property, or surrounding land. We are happy to offer informal advice where appropriate.
Legally Recognised Documents
A formal tree safety inspection and written report is a legally recognised document and is provided as a chargeable service when required. We operate in line with recognised arboricultural guidance, including standards set by the International Society of Arboriculture.
Specialist Assessments
Where a second opinion is necessary, such as for mature or veteran trees, we use specialist equipment to assess internal decay and structural condition.
These advanced techniques allow us to look beyond surface-level symptoms and provide accurate, data-led advice on the safest course of action for significant trees on your property.
