We challenged them with hedge removal, a hedge 7 feet thick, by 10 feet high, stump removal, 25 in total, hedge trimming, a hedge of 80 meters in length, and finally tree trimming. They turned up on time, were very friendly and extremely professional, had the best and latest equipment and did a truly amazing job! We cannot thank them enough for a great job done, and would recommend and use them again in the future. Thanks Ian, Tom and Kyle, I hope you enjoyed those well earned beers.

The team at ICS Tree Services Ltd have done a great job of removing three mature Horse Chestnut trees suffering from Bleeding Canker and another tree with trunk rot damage.
Efficient from first contact and initial visit and to arrange with the LCC Authority for visit to discuss permission for tree removal.
Their visits for final felling, stump grinding and timber removal in difficult conditions were first class and they left the site tidy as the customer requested.

You made the whole process as easy as it could have been from our initial email to calling out and providing a quote to then gaining the required planning permission to completing the work. Your help in seeking the most suitable details of work needed to both protect the tree and improve my light and views was invaluable. The actual work was carried out brilliantly with as little disturbance as possible and I and my neighbours are all delighted with the result. Yesterday the 28th November 3 of your staff arrived at my house (Ninelands Spur, Garforth)to carry out the felling of some trees and the ‘topping’ of two Conifers.

I would like you to pass on my thanks to these workmen who were polite, efficient and above all hard working. They did an excellent job and fully cleared up when the task was completed.

They are a credit to you and your business, should I require any further work or be asked who carried out the tree felling I shall have no hesitation in promoting your firm.

I should just like to thank you and your team for the excellent work done in felling our tree and shaping the Holly tree.

The work was done exactly as requested with a minimum of disruption for us and our neighbours, which was much appreciated.

I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to anyone who requires tree felling and maintenance services.

The tree that was taken down was an  Ash Tree of approximately 50 foot in my neighbour’s garden. We have tried many times over the last ten years to get him to let us cut it back but all to no avail. Eventually he relented and thanks to Ian, who came to see my neighbour the night before, the tree was taken down to a manageable height. There was also a smaller Ash tree in the neighbour’s front garden which again Ian ‘advised’ my neighbour of the best height for it.

We think that you and your two colleagues did a wonderful job and we won’t hesitate to recommend you if anybody else we know wants some tree work undertaking.

We saw my neighbour later in the evening after the work had been undertaken and he was very complimentary about the job you did and also how efficient and polite he thought you all were. He was also highly impressed with the clean up job.

Yesterday, 5th December 2012 ICS Tree Services did a grand job pruning our apple tree, cutting and shaping our smaller garden trees and also cutting the hedges. They are good workers, polite, friendly and know their job and did a good clear up and tidy afterwards. i will certainly use them again.

I would just like to take a few lines to thank your company for the great service we received in the removal of our Ash Tree.
An appointment was made for the 8th of May, and at the time arranged the team of 4 arrived. Work commence quickly and Safely great care was taken when removing Branches overhanging our neighbours properties. All the Guys were very pleasant and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. As the tree came down in stages, the garden was cleared and all the tree Removed for us. The garden was raked, and as much of the sawdust as possible bagged and removed. All paths to the Back and Front brushed and left as clean as possible.
We were very pleased with the work carried out and felt the price we paid was great value, Very reliable and work to a very high standard, Would certainly recommend to anyone.
